Qualifier types and their prefixes

Qualifier codes in the Roles Database often begin with an alphabetic prefix. Usually, when you are asked to enter a Qualifier Code, you must enter the whole qualifier code, including the alphabetic prefix. For example:

* The 0HPC prefix starts with the numeral zero (0), not letter oh (O).
