Summary Report for People Who Created Authorizations
Run this web-based report to display the total number of authorizations,
by month, that a given person created, modified or deleted during a given
period of time. The results are grouped by month.
Enter a username of a person who has created/deleted/modified authorizations.
Then enter a start date (mm/dd/yyyy) and end date (mm/dd/yyyy) and click
"Submit".
