People who can create authorizations

You need a special authorization to 'RUN ADMIN REPORTS' to be able to see this web display. The web page allows you to see all users who have the authority to create authorizations in the Roles Database. There are three kinds of meta-authorizations that allow a person to create authorizations for others:

Function is...Person can create...
  • CREATE AUTHORIZATIONS
 Allows person to create any authorization in a given category.
  • FINANCIAL PRIMARY AUTHORIZER
  • HR PRIMARY AUTHORIZER
Allows person to create authorizations for a given department's resources.
Any other function.
Authorization has Grant=Y.		 Allows person to create authorizations for the specified function and qualifier (or other qualifiers that are a subset).

The display will show all authorizations of any of these types that allow a user to create authorizations.

Select a Category (for which user can create authorizations), pick the format option and sort option, and then click SUBMIT to display a report.

Category:
Format option: 1. Display qualifier name
2. Display flags (do_function, grant, in_effect_today, modified_by, date)
Sort option: 1. Sort by Kerberos username
2. Sort by last name and first name
